The company initially began producing umbrellas and industrial water bottles under the "Gölge" brand, and later entered the retail sector with the production of plastic window mannequins under the "Prens & Prenses" brand. These products, designed by the company itself, gained attention for their aesthetic and functional designs and quickly attracted market interest. Founded in 1995, the company rapidly grew and became one of the leading firms in the industry by 2000. In 2005, Öz Yıldırım Plastik ve Kalıp Sanayi Ltd. Şti. expanded its expertise in the plastic sector by launching the "King Kids" brand. The company now offers a wide range of products designed by its R&D team using plastic blow molding and injection technologies. These include indoor and outdoor playsets, garden toys, sports toys, plastic playhouses, educational sets for developing cognitive and motor skills, children’s room accessories, and educational toys. Our brand prioritizes children’s health and adheres to contemporary standards with a holistic quality approach and a service model that respects societal values. All products are manufactured according to EN 71 CE standards.
In 2012, the company took a significant step by entering the umbrella manufacturing sector with the "ODS Şemsiye" brand. ODS Şemsiye has produced umbrellas for leading brands in Turkey and has become a significant supplier in this field. This expansion has increased the company’s production capacity and its influence in the industry.
